Sundö, 19:30
In the morning Irma woke me to say breakfast was ready. I mumbled something and went back to sleep.
She woke me again at about 15:30 to ask if I wanted to come to the market. I tried to get up but every muscle in my body felt as though it was on fire. I mumbled something and went back to sleep.
At 19:30 Irma woke me again to tell me they were back, and suggesting that I get up and wash. I climb out of bed, get dressed and, for some reason, take a picture of the wall.
When I get back from washing I will take my clothes off and climb back into bed. I will be asleep again in thirty seconds.
At some point later Irma will offer me a Burana tablet and a glass of water. I will be very grateful because my neck, shoulders and spine feel like I have been sledgehammered. I will thank her and go back to sleep.
Apparently it rained most of the day.
