Outside Arcada, 15:30

I spent the morning working on the summer course, while being interrupted by other things. These included attaching course codes to the new courses in ASTA, giving grades to students to claimed they deserved them, and various emails about my doctorate.
At lunchtime I had avocado and cheese sandwiches for the second day running, because S-Market have got a once-in-a-lifetime delivery of perfectly ripe avocadoes and you would be a fool not to eat as many as you can.
In the afternoon I will do a weekly backup for the first time in weeks, and then Irma will phone to ask if I would like a lift home. I would, and so now I am outside Arcada waiting for her.
In a few minutes we will be on our way home.
