Last night I cancelled today’s teaching. I did this from Copenhagen, at a time when the time of the delayed departure kept slipping back. I realised that I could have no real idea of whether I would leave the airport before dawn, and that the sensible option was to inform the students before they went to bed.

I got up at 8:30, had breakfast, woke Naa, and left feeling very tired indeed.

I spent the first part of the morning catching up, and the second part dealing with technical challenges I had had in Odense.

In the afternoon I talked with Mirko, arranged to do more recording on Monday, and carried on making backgrounds for the second lecture.

Now I am back home, having walked through the driving rain. Naa is with Sampo, Irma is still at work, and Sunshine went out for five minutes before deciding it wanted to be inside in the dry.
