I am walking through the woods. Yesterday’s bowling has given me some muscle aches, which have made me determined to restart serious walking and jogging in the new year. This has been a long walk but the sun is out over the snow.

During the time I have been out the weather has got noticeably colder. By the time I get home my face will be starting to feel frozen. There will be a sudden snow shower that will arrive, stay for thirty minutes, and then suddenly stop.

In the evening Irma will drive to see Christa and arrive home later to tell us about how her bowling injuries caused her to fall off a chair.
