I have been working all day, for the second day running, on the design and layout for the Designs on E-Learning conference book. I have hardly looked out of the window, let alone left the building. Since I have been alone most of the day I have had plenty of opportunities to leave my desk and pace around: relaxing my eyes, getting exercise and letting off steam at the same time.
