Sundö, 12:30

Today was hot and summery. Today is not. The sky is a steel grey and covered in clouds. We have been weeding and gardening.
I am down in the bay looking out to see. The girls caught fourteen small fish yesterday while I was painting, and I am here to see what it is like today. Colder and less inviting.
When I get back Irma will announce that Mikael has agreed we can chop down the big Christmas tree, and off I will go. This will take a couple of hours since the tree is right on the bank of the ditch we like to pretend is a river. Auo and I will clear away all the branches and I will pile the segments of trunk by the fence.
After dinner we will head back to Helsinki. Irma will take a load of local produce to Kamppi.
