We spent the morning gardening in the sudden sunshine.

Now we are in Itis to buy clothes for Susanne’s wedding next weekend. The rebuilding is proceeding at a fast pace and some parts are already complete. I am standing on a new walkway that seems wide enough to have stalls. Downstairs stalls are already in place and the lighting is casting impressive shadows.

We will spend several hours here finding various items for various people. Auo will get a dress that she found herself. Apparently she has been coming here on the way home from school and trying clothes on. The dress is a recreation of a twenties flapper dress and actually fits her very well.

Later in the afternoon Irma and I will sit in the garden with a glass of cider, relaxed and talking. It will feel like winter was months ago.
