ITT, Tallaght, 16:20
Deirdre had agreed that we would have a late start this morning, since I had just arrived. I got up early and had the full Irish breakfast, which this year includes black pudding and white pudding, as well as the bacon, sausages, beans, fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns.
It was interesting to realise how I now know this part of Dublin in detail. I walked to the LUAS, got my ticket at the machine and settled down for the fifty minute ride to Tallaght. I read for most of the journey.
At 11:00 I was at ITT.
At 11:30 I talked with the fourth year. Deirdre had asked me to give them a quick overview of the ways to build mobile apps using html, css and javascript. I spent a couple of hours showing the both jQTouch and jQuery Mobile. They sat in silence, and then thanked me and left.
I had lunch with Deirdre, Tara, Ben and Ann-Marie. AFterwards I had meetings.
Now I am leaving. The rain has dropped to a thin drizzle but the sky is uniformly grey. I will decide to try to find a fish and chip shop that I remember from last time, and after thirty minutes in the drizzle I will manage to locate it. I will opt for sole, mushy peas, chips, a slice of bread and a large mug of tea.
