The day starts with a rapid post-production session for today’s Miaaw episode, and an even faster one for next week’s. Next week I will upload the one for July 31 (which needs a five minute introduction) and then I can think about other things until August.

After breakfast we carried on gardening while the weather favoured it. I pulled up two tree stumps, which came out easier than I expected.

Now we go shopping at Prisma. As well as the usual cheese, vegetables and fruit we look at low alcohol beer (the varieties of which which increases by the week) and own brand smoothies. I take a picture of a chill cabinet full of smoothies.

Later we, Naa and Shanti will meet at Puotilan kartano. Irma and I will have Beyond burgers with fries
