After a cold, rainy morning Irma decides that we should go on an outing with Shanti.

We head to Lapinlahti, the first mental hospital in Finland, which opened in 1841 and is now a centre for arts, culture and mental well-being.

We sit eating excellent cakes when Humberto appears. A few moments later he takes us to meet Aga at the Super Eclectic world headquarters which, somewhat to my surprise, lives for the moment at the end of one of the corridors.

As we leave I photograph the main entrance to the building.
