The heatwave continues, which makes it an ideal time to spend an afternoon in Pellinki with Shanti.

We check a few things on the land we have bought and then head for the beach where Shanti swims until she gets bored. This time we have brought some sticks so we don’t need the help of passing sailors to collect them once she decides that the game has ended.

The evening market has just begun and we buy fish, fishcakes, bread, pies and vegetables.

Finally we sit on a bench opposite Benita’s and have coffee and egg bread, which now cost 4€ each.
