The other day we dug a hole to put a plant in. I came across a stone as I often do, and tried to dig it up.

It seemed much bigger than usual. After a long time digging and scraping, we realised we had uncovered The Mystery Slab.

We have no idea why people put it there, or when. We do know that it weighs too much to simply carry away.

Irma phones a local handyman and we wait for him to arrive with some suggestions, and maybe even some useful tools.
