I have spent a couple of hours putting knobs on cupboard doors. The knobs came from India, hunted by Irma, and serve very effectively to refurbish the kitchen.

I have spent almost an hour trying to wire a lamp. I eventually conceded that I do not have the tools I need. I walk to Prisma, who have less tools than I do, and then onto Clas Ohlson where I find the jeweler’s screwdrivers that I need.

As I pass the sports field near Prisma I see this painted snack van. It looks like a large painting stuck in a landscape.
