I have noticed that one of the things that Rosie likes doing involves what Irma and I have termed door-dogging. Shanti does a version of it too.

It involves lying so that one part of your body is in the room and the other part outside. In this case she appears to have a solid reason. Her head (which hung right outside a second ago) breathes in outdoor air while her body lies on the cool stone floor.

Later she will go out to play with her small pack (three or four dogs; five occasionally) while I go to the Subash Centre to talk with Lekshmi, Riyan and Simi.
