Sarovaram, 17:34

We harvested some peppers from the vines that have taken over the tree in the garden the week before Irma left. I stood on a ladder while she used a long stick to point out the ones that I should pick.
These have now sat in the sun every day for almost a week, and come in every night to avoid damp and dew.
Today I remove the peppers from the stalks and I end up with this tray of peppers suitable for grinding in a mill. I find one fresh bunch and drop it in for comparison.
Irma will suggest that the picked peppers should have one more day in the sun before I pack them in her specially prepared pepper kit.
I agree.
