Irma spends the day preparing to leave which encompasses packing, but also tidying up the environment. We consolidate the rubbish, and Irma makes several final scooter trips to ensure Shaija jas the cleaning materials she will need.

At one point I watch her burning old papers in the garden, in the place where we usually burn old papers. I photograph the flames.
