Wimbledon Common, 12:34

I walk up the hill to Wimbledon common where I sit on a park bench seeing what I can see. I watch a police patrol pass by on horses. You don’t see that everyday, I think to myself as they trot slowly past, looking closely and unsmilingly at me, while checking to see that I have no illegal activities up my sleeve.
Wimbledon Village seems like a little world of its own. It has 3 dog grooming shops, and a dog café. I go into them, one by one, to see if they sell vegetarian dog food. None of them do, but the last one I go into has a range of vegetarian dog chews, so I buy some of those.
I also buy some pasta from the village deli.
