The heatwave continues and I decide to go for an energising walk once the full heat starts to die down.

I walk along the big path and step aside every few minutes for cyclists. The sun must bring them out because they don’t usually pass in these numbers.

I catch one of the cyclists in action.

While walking I listen to Mark’s new CD, Whereupon Thereupon, and find to my surprise that it surprises me. After a couple of listens I find I really like Chuck D’s in Love. Or at least that remains in my head when I get home.
