We have a number of cut glass crystals in various rooms, mainly on strings in front of windows. I notice this one hanging in front of the kitchen window and photograph it. I realise that if I photograph it from close-up it forms a natural collage.

Sort of.

This kind of activity makes me wish I had a better camera, because the details I would get would make the image infinitely more interesting, as well as tonally more attractive.
