As the afternoon wears on the sun cools down and it becomes possible to think of going for a walk. I put a t-shirt on and Shanti spots what she thinks comes next and starts jumping up and down.

We go for a walk down to the anganwadi and right up the hill and down again to where Udaya and Lekha live. Irma has ordered some more stuff from Amazon India and as always they go to Lekha rather than us.

Halfway up the hill we come across this big red flower. It feels extremely light when I brush my hand against it, but it seems about the size of a child’s football.

I have no idea what to call it so I will probably refer to it as the big red flower.
