The snow began to melt yesterday afternoon in the weak Spring sun, and this morning it had completely disappeared.

We collected a rental van from Teboil and Irma drove it to Sundö while I sat and admired her ability to manoeuvre it. At the ferry we watched some over–enthusiastic summer sailors launching their boats into the water.

We spent a very energetic day moving almost everything of ours that remained in Sundö into the shed we have on the main Pellinki island. By the end we had only a very few items left in the toolshed. We had completely cleared the sauna house, the outdoor kitchen, Naa’s old bedroom hut and 90% of the stuff from the tool shed.

As we wait for the ferry to return the van, I take some pictures.
