Irma has suggested that I should walk down to the new pier again and see the ducks, so I do. I can report that the ducks have gone from around the jetty, although I can hear mass honking in the distance.

I go down to the end and lean on the railing watching across the bay. Eventually I take some photographs of pedestrians doing what pedestrians do.

I walk back and read the notice board by the road, and notice it contains the latitude and longitude coordinates of the pier.
