Lighthouse Beach, 15:15
I spent much of the morning finishing a Minecraft scripting pdf. Like all of the ones I have done recently this begin as a question from Soniya. She watching me tunnelling last Friday and asked, “Can I do that?”
Writing bespoke instructions that answer specific enquiries by particular people feels very different from the general instructions that I wrote when I created all the Scratch projects.
I will show the pdf to Soniya tomorrow. She will succeed in making the script work, or she won’t, and either way she will ask another question.
We have a kind of slow motion conversation that benefits both of us.
By the time I had it ready I had done enough at the computer. I set off for the beach again. I sat in Coconut Grove because I remembered that they do a salty pepper lassi. It felt so thick and delicious that I had two while looking out at the beach.
Then I walked home.
