We looked for beds for Shanti in both malls and failed to find anything, so Irma took action. Yesterday Shanti’s bed arrived from Amazon.in and I walked round to Udaya’s house to collect it.

Initially she seemed uninterested, even when I put the blanket she has used as a bed-space into it. She ignored it and laid down somewhere else.

After a couple of hours though she apparently decided she could use the new thing as a bed and promptly did so.

Since then she sleeps in it whenever she decides that she needs a nap, which happens fairly regularly.
