Irma and I first noticed this last month, and now I pause once again to look at it closely. The man who owns it wanders over to sing its praises.
Produced by MG Motors, India, the MG Comet has had good reviews as a nifty and affordable electric car that charges from a normal socket, albeit quite slowly. Since it does 250 km on a full battery this may not matter.
MG, then, counts as another vintage brand that continues merrily on its way in India; like Triumph motorbikes and Bournvita, both of which maintain their popularity.
