This morning I started another retki, by getting the metro to Kulosaari and walking to the Indian Embassy to get the passports that I left there yesterday. Overnight, as though by magic, they have grown two new visas.

After this I went to the centre to look at the newly refurbished metro station at Rautatientori. The change mainly seems to consist of a new set of doors that seem designed to cause hassle in rush hours.

Finally, on the way back I went to the library at Stoa where I found a copy of Leonard Cohen For Ukulele ”15 selections to strum and sing”.

I take a photograph from the bridge over Turunlinnantie, as I walk back to the bus stop, already thinking about an evening of strumming.
