This morning was even colder than yesterday. The bus was late and we were barely warm enough to climb on.

Now that I have got off the tram I am heading to S-Market to buy some apples and a banana for my no-food day. Unfortunately, as I walked through the store, I will be tempted by the smell of freshly baked pies. One of them in particular will prove irresistible.

I will spend the morning in meetings with students and then with staff, and the afternoon writing emails, requests and one small paper.

When I get home we will visit Prisma to stock up for the long holiday, which will include our family Christmas dinner.
