Bit by bit everything moves forward. I have climbed up to the attic and pulled the hose out from the place where it hibernates. I attach it to the tap.

I look round at the grass and notice that it will need mowing very soon. How quickly a Finnish Spring moves.

I ask Irma about the round thing above the hose. I know that I should already know the answer but I have forgotten. It measures the outdoor temperature and controls the radiators in the house to stop us getting too cold or using too much energy.
