We have come to a hotel at Samudra for Lekshmi’s engagement party and we get there slightly early, in time for taking some photographs. Unfortunately everyone else has got there slightly earlier than us, and the hotel room has already become overpacked.

Lekshmi has got engaged to Saiju, who we meet along with both sets of parents, Alifathima and her parents, Simi, and Paul from SISP.

I take some close-up photographs over people’s shoulders and get this one, which I like.
