Sarovaram, 19:00

A plumber has come and (some plumbing later) gone.
These two taps no longer behave as they used to. More specifically, the one on the left no longer works at all “to conserve water pressure”.
Later we will discover that, in some mysterious way that we cannot figure out, the left tap does work. Sometimes if you switch it on it works normally. Water comes out at high pressure. Mostly if you switch it on nothing comes out at all. What baffles us: the water either flows at high speed or nothing happens. It never lessens and stops, or starts weakly and gets stronger.
Perhaps the bull on the window sill has something to do with it.
