The Natesh Café in Samudra has a fish tank and, since we have the restaurant entirely to ourselves, I decide to explore the book exchange and then see how well I can photograph the fish.

However successful my attempt to get an image of the fish I do better there than trying to find a book I might want to read.

I turn down the option of becoming the last person on the planet to start reading the best-loved works of . Oddly they have copies of The Love Machine and Once Is Not Enough but not even a half eaten copy of Valley of the Dolls, a book Wikipedia describes as “one of the best-selling books in publishing history”.
