We have spent the day under the influence of another massive rainstorm that has surprised everyone. I have taken no photographs today, although I have paid another visit to my new dentist. This time she filled my tooth and I got to experience her dentistry skills.

I left even more confident than I had arrived.

In the evening I sit and look at the ones from yesterday and find myself drawn to this one. On the way back from Varkala we came to a stop in a small town, whose name I never found out, because the gates on the level crossing had come down. The roads on both sides had become thick with traffic. Pedestrians continued walking across the tracks.

We got out of the car and both photographed the train as it roared through. It had a considerable number of carriages and took several minutes to pass by.
