Murano, 13:34

We walk around some parts of the island we have not yet visited. In fact, most of Murano remains for us to explore in our next visit.
As we walk over one of the bridges that connect the seven islands that together comprise Murano, I photograph the view. I see laundry drying in the bright sunlight.
The seven bridges connecting the islands seem very short because the islands they connect sit very closely next to each other: close enough that if you regarded this as part of Venice you would imagine that the bridges straddled canals.
In Venice, yes; in Murano, no.
