The preparations for Flow Festival have begun and that means that access to Pixelache becomes difficult to predict. Tonight’s meeting has gone online, but this afternoon’s get together requires a different approach.

We throw around various ideas for venues and then agree to meet in Vapaakaupunkin Olohuone in Redi, which – even though I suggested it – I have never actually visited. When I find it, it looks much as I expected.

People sit in groups chatting while others sit alone reading on working on laptops. Two people put up parts of an exhibition while others look on. I make a note to come here again.

Leaving, to go home for a DGD team meeting followed by a Pixelache planning meeting, I bump straight into the incomprehensible layout and signposting in Redi, and take ten minutes to find the way out to the metro.

Maybe I will eventually learn this.
