I have come to Arcada to meet Mirkko and then have coffee with Jutta.
As we sit in the coffee lounge I look out of the window and notice that roadworks span the entire city. Mats explains to me that these roadworks will result in a new tram line between Suvilahti and Pasila.
Why, I ask. Nobody knows.
