Time passes and it has now fallen upon Päivi to organise one of her family traditions: the family lunch at Lauttasaaren kirkko on Easter Sunday. She has asked us to participate.

We have a traditional celebratory meal, with lots of fish, eggs, creamed potato and salads; followed by dessert, cake and coffee.

I leave feeling very full, like a man who has fitted two Christmas dinners into one year. I look up at the church spire and photograph it as best I can.
