I spent longer than I expected this morning clearing the snow from the drive and the terrace.

We have reached a point where the temperature has started to rise just enough to make the snow start to melt, while the weather forecast promises that it will all freeze again in a couple of days. If I don’t move the snow now then it might become unmovable for weeks. (Or melt away completely if the weather forecast proves wrong.)

In the afternoon I race through a series of Miaaw and Vaken tasks. Later, at Prisma by way of an outing, I see a Disney character in the form of a shower gel bottle hiding among the now-purposeless masks that remain on sale. The Little Princess? The Snow Queen? Who knows…
