After breakfast I go for a walk in the freezing cold, convince that this will prove good for me. After five minutes I begin to doubt this. On the other hand, I do increase my pace markedly in order to stay warm.

I walk through the woods and over Linnanherrantie, over the stream, and left towards the adult gym. As I walk over the bridge just before the gym I notice that the stream has started to freeze. Winter has begun, I think, as I pause to take a photograph.

I will walk rapidly with the cold air warming in my throat. I will listen to Gabriels new album Angels & Queens: Part I, starring Jacob Lusk who I first saw on American Idols. Sounwave produced it and it sounds like it.

I like it.

In the early afternoon I will learn that a snowstorm has begun to head this way and should arrive within hours. I will leave whatever I planned to do and go into the garden to brush away the final leaves and cut down the last eagle wings before they get buried for winter.
