Some days we have a work room. Other days we have a workspace. Other days I just sit here reading.

Whatever we call it, it contains a large poster by Georgia O’Keeffe celebrating the twelfth season of the Santa Fe chamber music festival, which took place in July and August 1984.

At the bottom left hand corner of the poster the glass has cracked in a way that interests me every time I look at it. Today I photograph it to discover that it doesn’t look as interesting as I thought it would.

Some things don’t.

On the other hand it doesn’t exactly look uninteresting and, in fact, it probably looks interesting enough. I photograph it again just to make certain.
