We wake up to find that the sky has darkened. I go for a walk before the rain starts. I pause at one point and look up to take a photograph. I can spot the difference between here and Riga, I think.

I will garden in the gloom for awhile.

The sky will continue to impersonate an autumn evening all day, until it finally rains for a little while about 17:00.
