Old Porvoo Road, 15:53
Every time we drive this way I notice this piece of graffiti that decorates a building that stands in the middle of nowhere. I sometimes wonder if someone made a special trip, or trips, there to tell us something that I have failed to understand.
Every time I think of photographing it but It always takes me by surprise and I miss it. This time I planned ahead. I figured out approximately when I should expect it, and timed my shot perfectly. Unlike my recent adventures trying to photograph passing cyclists, I actually got the picture I wanted.
In other news, I finished rereading Pavane, the classic sixties science fiction novel, in the evening. I noticed that I had purchased the paperback in Denver, Colorado, in 2009, having lost my original copy years ago.
I found it more engrossing than I had expected to.
