Today Ann-Sofie celebrated her graduation. She now has an MA in cellular biology.

We attended the party which took place outside by the bay. Just as it started a wind appeared from nowhere and gave the gathering an added dimension. As an icebreaker it seemed absolutely perfect. Instead of sitting down and finding something to talk about with the person next to you, you found yourself jointly holding the table cloth down and moving the stones that weighed it down as the wind changed direction.

Sometimes the unplanned works out for the best.

After settling the tablecloths, I chatted with Lasse, Marina’s new friend, who proved amusing and interesting company, and with Miina.

Now we sit at home where the light has dimmed just enough to allow the solar-powered owl on the window sill to light up.
