Another day of writing, reading and rewriting. Things move forward at approximately the right speed. At this rate I will write to the publishers next week to tell them to keep checking their inbox.

It hailed very hard yesterday afternoon and evening and when I go out for an afternoon walk I check the mailbox and then take a photograph of the pile of snow in the garden. It has received a new texture from the hail.
