Occasionally I visit Etko, the little independent brewery in Herttoniemi where they have a shop and a tiny bar. (You can do this in Finland if you have these in the actual place where you brew the beer. They do.)
I go upstairs and check in the fridge to see what they ever-changing stock consists of today. I notice that sour beers must have become wildly popular because 60% of the storage space seems devoted to varieties of sour beer.
The order of preference: Pacific High Frequency, followed by Ananda and then Grasshopper.
