Today we have the opposite of Monday’s problem. We have to check out and hang around for our evening flight.

We start with a homemade breakfast, followed by ninety minutes by the pool. Then we finish packing and check out.

We decide to fill in the time in the afternoon by walking to the Al Ghurair Centre, where we can wander around happily. We browse at a leisurely pace through Borders and Daiso before walking through Carrefour in search of a snack.

On the way out I pause to photograph the architecture.
