Citymapper comes to Helsinki

Luke introduced me to Citymapper years ago when I got lost in London and phoned him for help. He claimed that I would find it much more useful than any other travel app, and he proved correct. I found my destination, a viable route to get there from wherever I had gone instead, and liked the interface.

Ever since then I have waited for it to appear in Helsinki. Today I got an email to tell me that it had arrived, and so I downloaded it.

It maps (and suggests routes for) buses, taxis, e-scooters, city bikes, walking routes, and more. Since it now seems to work in most European cities we might visit (including Porto, Reykjavik and Riga) it looks like it might prove very useful indeed.
