We have decided to go for a trip around the islands to pick up more supplies.

We started with a trip to see Vicke, Nina and Mari, where we bought fiskbiffar and stood chatting for awhile. Then we went to Erika’s shop to see how much Kråkä beer costs there. 5.60 a bottle, since you ask.

Now we have paused at Gunnel’s roadside shop, as we have done before.

This time, when we go inside, I take a picture of the handmade logo that Gunnel designed and painted. She has had it printed onto labels and stickers and it adorns most of her produce.

I stand looking at it. I like it a lot in its well-crafted and handmade simplicity. I also like the design.
