Work room, 10:46

Pouring rain and too wet to leave the house, I settle down to work from home.

I complete the sound editing that I should have done yesterday had mysterious technical issues not intervened. I finish the editing without incident, and the podcast episode itself sounds very interesting: Arlene and Francois talk with Denise Griffin Johnson, a cultural organizer & the director of the Arch Social Community Network in West Baltimore.

I stand up and look out of the window at regular intervals to make sure that the world has not gone away, and that I still have access to it.

I photograph my aquatic mouse and very Finnish mouse mat, and then settle down to prepare to examine an MA thesis at 11:00.

Discord and restlessness fills the air.
