Almost every Finn who feels entrepreneurial has started a craft brewery. What can the rest do? Start up an oat-based start up, apparently.

I have just arrived back from S-Market where I bought a salad for lunch. While there I looked around. I found this Oat Law brand chocolate protein pudding in the chiller cabinet. I recognised it immediately as the outgrowth of a Finnish start up.

Looking at the small print I can see that I have made a mistake. Outlaw AB hail from Stockholm, although they made the pudding in Finland.

It tastes delicious.
