Hameentie, 8:50

Auo and I got the jouko at 8:10, both of us grumbling about the Finnish autumn. We have spent four days walking around in t-shirts in bright sunlight, and now we are shivering in the grey.
I am still thinking about this when I reach Arcada and notice that the leaves on the trees are going red, gold and brown. It looks nice but it clearly signals the end of the summer warmth.
I will spend the morning doing administration, and preparing for the week’s teaching. In the afternoon we will have a team meeting before I race to Aalto for a meeting with Juha to discuss the courses I need to do to complete my doctorate.
